Modern Extruded-Frame Structure

This was a unique project. The home owner had an old vine tree on his old wooden structure. He wanted to keep his vine tree and replace the structure with something that would last a lifetime with 0 maintenance. The challenging part was to suspend the vine, remove the old structure and construct a new structure to support the vine. We put multiple crews on this job to assure everything could be done right.

The idea was to build something adjustable to allow light to come in to the living room and dinning room areas of the home. Customer was concerned about it being too dark in the house. Our Louvered roof system was the perfect choice. We were able to design and build this project without any post supports. Our beams span between two walls of the house creating a perfect solution and a very complimentary backyard patio area for our clients to enjoy.

Glass Sunroom Enclosure

This client had a new born baby and wanted to be able to spend time outdoors while being protected from the wind and rain. This made a great play room for the entire family. The concervaglass select sunroom enclosure was a great addition to their home. Now they get to enjoy the outdoors indoor. Although our client's house was pretty large, the new addition makes it a special place for family to enjoy in any season.

Cathedral Sunroom Enclosure

Cathedral Sunrooms are really nice and simple to install on a 2 story home. On a single story house there are challenges. We were able to rebuild the existing house roof to accommodate the new gabled style roof to fit. We had to cut off the roof eave and build framing, changing the design of the existing roof allowing the sunroom roof to be pitched for more height.

Modern Insulated Patio Cover

This Client wanted a maintenance free patio cover but didn't like the look of patio covers that are installed by many companies. We designed this structure with a hidden beam to give the owner a more modern look, and allow more visibility. Since there is no visible header beam, this allows for a more open look.
